Tucked away along Parramatta River, Wentworth Point’s Bellagio comprises of three prestigious waterfront buildings,

30-48 Baywater Drive , 14-22 Marine Parade and 33-45 The Promenade.

Lick was engaged to upgrade the exterior and interior colours of the three buildings.

The design aimed for a timeless aesthetic  that compliments the  waterfront setting.

Warmer shades of grey-blue were selected to provide a distinct contrast with the existing terracotta face brick on Marine Parade. 

Colour-blocked sections were used to emphasise architectural forms. Lighter tones were applied to integrate building soffits with wall surfaces, creating an expansive visual effect. 

Blackened-charcoal was used to enhance garden vegetation and minimise the impact of boundary walls.

The updated colour scheme modernised the buildings appearance and is expected to remain stylish for the next 15 years.
