A bespoke custom-designed laser cut steel fence establishes the boundary while balancing privacy with opportunity for outlook. Cut-outs offer an inviting glimpse into the property highlighting the dynamic play with light and shade.

Large scale planter boxes with lush tropical planting create a colour and textural visual and sound barrier between ground floor apartments.

Indirect lighting washes floor surfaces and directs the visitor through the garden courtyard, adjustable spotlights uplight planter box foliage.

A beachside palette of soft blues and whites with accents of greyed-off purples is used to highlight architectural details, anchor planter boxes and define property boundary walls.

The previous un-utilised space has been successfully transformed into a lush, inviting functional garden area.
